Micronoslip is engineered to an R11 anti-slip rating (DIN 51130) when sealed with our matt 2K polyurethane — the specification most commonly called for in wet zones such as showers, changing rooms, pool decks and outdoor terraces. A finer R10 variant is available for barefoot indoor bathrooms where a softer texture is preferred.

Because it shares the exact same colour palette as Microcement Traffic and Finishing, a bathroom can transition from wall to floor to shower tray with no visual break.

UV-stable for Irish outdoor use

The UV-stable 2K polyurethane sealer keeps colour stable and prevents chalking under sun exposure — critical for terraces, pool decks and outdoor kitchens exposed to Irish weather. The surface remains 2–3 mm thin, so it can be built up straight over an existing terrace slab without raising the finished floor level.

Two thin trowel passes over fibre-reinforced Microbase, 6–12 hours between coats, sealed with UV-stable 2K polyurethane and ready for foot traffic in 5–7 days.
