PU Sealer & Varnish is KCBerry's two-component polyurethane sealer — the final coat that makes a microcement surface water-resistant, stain-resistant and ready to live with. A solvent-based 2K acrylic polyurethane, roller-applied in two coats over standard KCBerry microcement finishes, in matt, satin or gloss.

The sealer that finishes the microcement system
The PU Sealer & Varnish is what turns a beautiful microcement surface into a durable, water-resistant, stain-resistant floor or wall, with high resistance to water, stains, abrasion and household detergents. It is specified across the KCBerry range — Microtraffic, Micronoslip and Microfinishing — in matt, satin and gloss.
UV-resistant, non-yellowing, it is suitable for interior and exterior use.
Two coats, applied 24–48 hours after the microcement
Mix the two components at A:B = 2:1 (pot life 2 hours) and apply 24–48 hours after the last microcement coat, at below 5 % surface moisture. Two coats, 8 hours to 2 days between coats, with a light 400-grit sand in between. The result is a jointless microcement surface that cleans with a damp mop and no grout to worry about.
The product is solvent-based and highly flammable: ventilate the space and wear a respirator during application.
