Returns Policy
Our returns process for unopened microcement products and accessories, in line with EU consumer law.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-tinted colours, opened buckets, mixed kits and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
