Poolciment — microcement
that holds water.
Poolciment is the waterproof system in KCBerry's six-system range, engineered for full immersion — private pools, spas, plunge pools, jacuzzis and wet rooms. The build-up is Adhesion Promoter, three coats of Poolciment XL base, two coats of Poolciment M finish pigmented with Pool Resin, and the mandatory Poolsealer waterproof sealer — a seamless mineral surface with no tiles, no grout, no cold joints. The system is sold as single products and as Poolciment Kits for 20, 40 and 60 m², delivered across the Republic of Ireland. Poolciment is available in 11 light colours: White, Off White, Lichen, Cloud, Sand, Metro, Mystic, Beige, Horizon, Ash Grey and Escape.
Anywhere water
meets a surface.
Poolciment is specified for full-immersion applications: private and commercial swimming pools, spas, plunge pools, jacuzzis, indoor wellness zones and wet rooms. It refits existing tiled pools directly over Adhesion Promoter — no demolition — giving a continuous mineral finish from waterline to floor. Pool surrounds and steps are typically combined with our Class 3 slip-resistant Micronoslip for grip continuity.
Poolciment
vs Micronoslip.
Poolciment is the waterproof lining that lives under the waterline — the material actually in contact with pool water 24/7, sealed with the mandatory Poolsealer. Micronoslip is the Class 3 slip-resistant finish for the surfaces around it — coping, decks, showers and terraces where wet feet meet a floor. Most pool projects combine both: Poolciment in the shell, Micronoslip on the surround, matched in colour so the transition disappears.
Adhesion Promoter, three coats of Poolciment XL (≈1.5 kg/m², sanded P40), two coats of Poolciment M (≈0.8 kg/m²) with pigmented Pool Resin, then two coats of Poolsealer (≈0.15 L/m²). Refill only after full cure — up to 7 days — backed by a 5-year materials warranty.
