Fiberglass Mesh 50gr is the 50 g/m² reinforcement mesh embedded in the fresh Microcement Base coat — the layer that bridges hairline substrate movement and stops it telegraphing through the microcement finish. Mandatory on floors across the Microbase, Microtraffic and MicroNoSlip systems, interior and exterior.

Crack-bridging for microcement floors and showers
Fiberglass Mesh 50gr is embedded in the fresh base coat across the whole surface. It is what turns thin trowel passes into a monolithic, crack-resistant underlay for the finish system on top.
On floors — where movement in the substrate is the single biggest cause of finish failure — mesh is mandatory, not optional. It is part of the specification for the Microbase, Microtraffic and MicroNoSlip systems.
A full 50-metre roll
The 50 g/m² fibreglass mesh ships as a 1 m × 50 m roll, interior and exterior grade. Cut to size on site with scissors and press into the wet base coat.
