Royal Resin is the water-based acrylic component B of every KCBerry microcement — mixed into the base and finishing coats during preparation to give the system its adhesion, flexibility and mechanical strength. Also used neat as a consolidant on weak substrates.

Component B of every KCBerry microcement
Royal Resin is not optional — it is part of the KCBerry mix specification. Each microcement is dosed per 10 kg of powder: Microbase 3.0 L, Microfinishing 4.5 L, Microtraffic 3.7 L and MicroNoSlip 2.7 L. Without it, the coats do not develop the flexibility and adhesion the system relies on to bond over tile, plaster and screed.
It is also applied neat as a consolidant on weak or dusty substrates at 0.10 L/m².

Royal Resin is the reason a KCBerry microcement build can be applied over an existing tiled bathroom in Dublin or a screeded floor in Cork and stay crack-free over the years. Pair it with Fiberglass Mesh 50gr embedded in the base pass and the system delivers the crack-bridging performance a jointless surface needs.
