Royal Resin is not optional — it is part of the KCBerry mix specification. Without it, the base and finishing coats do not develop the flexibility and adhesion the system relies on to bond over tile, plaster and screed and to survive the small movements every real substrate makes.
It is added at prep, at documented dosing, per the KCBerry datasheet and application guide.
